Warranty & Policy
All the Veterinary products provided by Beijing Wondcon Technology Limited
Please note all the products are applicable to the medical and veterinary use.
The warranty will be free if products are within the warranty period showed in catalog, in this case, the service methods is that we send replacement parts or buyer return the whole machine to repair.
1． The warranty period is valid from the shipping date of Wondcon’s products.
If the shipping date is not confirmed because the customer lost the proforma invoice or sales contract, the warranty period is valid from the manufacturing date on the label plus 45 days.
2． Within Warranty:
Wondcon provides the replacement parts for free, also provide the repair guider and technical support for free.
3． Out of Warranty:
Wondcon provides the replacement parts and charges the material costs. The repair guider and technical support are provided for free.
4． The following conditions are not covered:
a) the damage caused by improper use (e.g. screen splintering, cable disconnection, improper sterilization).
b) the damage caused by accident or human factor (e.g. drop down, water penetration, excessive extrusion, improper voltage).
c) the damage caused by force majeure (e.g. fire, earthquake, flood, etc.).
d) the actions of installation, use, maintenance and keeping are not according to the user manual.
e) product label and serial no. is lost and not distinguished.
f) Any modification, disassembly and repair without Wondcon’s authorization.
g) the damage caused during the transportation of return.
h) out of warranty period.
1. The return must be arranged according to the service instructions that made by Wondcon’s engineer or sales manager.
The service instructions include: product name,
If the customer don’t make it as required and the goods are lost during transportation or confiscated by China customs, Wondcon does not have any responsibility for it.
2. Within Warranty:
The customer is responsible for freight & insurance charges when the machine is returned to Wondcon for repair service, and Wondcon is responsible for the freight & insurance charges to send back to the customer.
3. Out of Warranty:
The customer is responsible for all the freight, insurance charges and repair charges.
